Famous Me Photography wants to ensure that there are no unanswered questions. The following are items are included with each Famous Me Photography service.

Protected CD for easy ordering and viewing: This is a CD that I will create for each customer. The CD will have each photograph taken during the event in blank & white, and in color. There will be text across each photograph that says “DO NOT COPY Famous Me Photography ©200-” This way the customer cannot copy the photograph on their own. They must order the photographs from me, unless they choose to purchase the Unprotected CD. Additional Protected CD’s can be ordered for $30.00 each. Customers may not duplicate Protected CDs under the conditions of their contract.

Unlimited Enlargements: This means that there is no limit to the amount of larger photographs the customer orders. The customer may order as many of each size of photograph as desired. Enlargements can also be requested after the initial purchase of photographs. This does not mean that the enlargements are free.

Unprotected CD: This is a CD that I will create for customers that request the CD Package. The CD will have each photograph taken during the event in blank & white, and in color. The customer purchases the right to duplicate the photographs by purchasing this CD. The CD itself may not be duplicated under the conditions of the customer's contract. The cost to purchase a CD is $1000+tax+labor hours for the photography event. An unprotected CD can be purchased for any event.

Touchups On Photographs:Minor touchups are provided by the photographic editor. If the customer requests a specific touchup, the editor will either grant or deny the touchup based on the amount of time the touchup is to take. Any questions about this issue can be discussed with the photographer.
